STRATHMORE’S 12th ANNUAL UKEFEST

UkeFest is the only program of its kind to offer an advanced track for more experienced musicians looking to hone their talent, while helping beginners and intermediate players better understand their instrument and improve their proficiency. The festival’s tuition includes an opening-night virtual party as well as two full days of skill-based classes. Participants can also sign up for private lessons with ukulele masters from around the globe.

Other activities include:

•           Online jam sessions

•           Special topics workshops on pop, swing, Hawaiian music and more

•           Community building through virtual social time

•           Open mic

•           Closing concert with all instructors

Registration for UkeFest participants is $175 and private, 45-minute lessons with ukulele masters are $50 each. Performances from August 14–19, 2020. The festival will culminate with a free virtual finale concert on August 19, 2020 at 7:30 pm
