Leeds began her career in the club scene in New York, but she was inspired by the unbridled and unadulterated joy of children. She wanted to write music that reflected that sense of carefree adventure. On her latest release, Brooklyn Baby!, she celebrates equality, healthy eating, education, and love with a fun, silly twist.
